things that irk me:

  • customer service reps who look at the exact same information you are looking at and can provide no new information and won’t even tell you they can’t answer you what you’re asking

i used to work a help desk, i’m real good at telling people i don’t know but i’ll do my hardest to find out and if i can’t i told them that, too.
